Happy Birthday Estonia!

I am keeping it short! These are my six favourite dresses from the Estonian President’s Independence Day reception.

I have always enjoyed the combination of pink and red! Possibly the only way I would wear pink myself. Interesting cut and a little daring, which I like!

Elegant and simple, yet with a little twist. Unfortunately I don’t know who is the author of this dress.

If I am not mistaken, Maia is wearing her own creation. Definite bonus points!

I love how the dress compliments the wearer! The bow adds an interesting touch and I am quite sure that the dress works perfectly without it as well, for another occasion.

This outfit is just gorgeous! I love how the top and skirt can be worn separately as well, making it practical and versatile.

In my eyes the pattern of the fabric just stands out from all the (mostly bright) one-coloured dresses.

In general, I think the guests looked tasteful and appropriate for the occasion. Some more spice would have made it perfect though, in my opinion. But I get that it is a little risky to stand out too much, unless you don’t want to be criticised by the media afterwards. Well done!

Palju õnne Eestile! Siin on kuus kleiti, mis mulle presidendi vastuvõtult heas mõttes silma jäid. Üldpilt oli minu meelest väga hea ja üritusele kohane. Oleks võib-olla oodanud natuke rohkem vürtsi, kuid eks liigne silma paistmine on natuke riskantne.
